At the helm of the FKG Group, Gary brings extensive experience, insights and entrepreneurial energy to his role of Executive Chairman. Having commenced his career as a carpenter, Gary Gardner worked his way through the business, started by his father, gaining both operational and management experience and has now led the Group for almost 50 years.
Gary’s entrepreneurial ability and focus on managed expansion has seen the FKG Group grow from a small business to a diverse organisation that provides integrated construction, civil, development and support services for the property, resources, infrastructure and government sectors.
As well as managing overall performance of the Group and each of the entities, Gary sees his role as driving the planning process and guiding the organisation towards achievement of its vision in the next phase of the company’s evolution.
