Mr Pitt will meet the delegates in Shanghai.

“I am pleased to be supporting AccessChina’16 and Australian businesses looking to deepen their partnerships in China,” Mr Pitt said.

“As Australia’s top agriculture, forestry and fisheries export market with exports valued at $11 billion in 2015, China is key to the future success of Australian agriculture.

“Southern Queensland is well placed to provide the fresh, tasty and safe produce that Chinese consumers are increasingly demanding.”

Minister Lynham will be involved throughout the one-day conference during the Energy and Resources session.

Toowoomba and Surat Basin Enterprise AccessChina'16 project leader Dr Ben Lyons said the presence of Minister Lynham and MP Pitt at the conference as speakers injected further value to what AccessChina’16 would deliver to the delegates.
