Webster Cavanagh is a local, family owned, real estate business specialising in real estate valuation and advisory and sales and leasing.

Prior to starting the business in 2014 Andrew Webster spent 15 years in agricultural services, assisting farmers with transactional advice within the soft commodities sector. During this period Andrew established many relationships and a depth of transactional experience. Tim Cavanagh has spent the past 15 years in the real estate valuation and advisory sector, mostly recently as a partner of a large independent valuation company. During this time Tim provided advice to corporates, legal firms, local and state governments, and financial institutions, on a broad spectrum of property related matters.

Webster Cavanagh is experienced in residential, rural, commercial and motel valuations in matters relating to compensation and acquisition; family law; estate settlement; asset reporting; stamp duty and mortgage security.

We regularly prepared reports in accordance with the Mineral Resources Act and the Acquisition of Land Act.

Valuations are provided using best practice standards in accordance with the Internal Valuation Standards Committee (IVSS) and Australian Property Institute (API).
