Investors Exchange Limited (IEL) provides financial solutions for business initiatives and projects, across a variety of sectors, whilst at the same time providing investors with solid returns on their investment. Acquiring finance via a managed investment scheme is a way that most people are unaware of, but one that most businesses can take advantage of.

IEL is a niche investment funds manager that holds an ASIC issued Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and has built an innovative, robust and fully compliant investment structure that allows it to tailor offers for specific quality projects, and as a consequence provide investors, both retail and wholesale greater investment options. It also allows IEL to offer businesses and specific projects flexible loans, or equity partners, which secures the finance required to undertake their business objectives.

IEL operates two funds, one where investors are lenders to projects, and the other where investors are equity partners in the project or business.

The first fund IEL operates is a contributory mortgage fund or income fund, the Investors Exchange Investment Fund (ARSN 120 933 093) which provides loans to business, and here investors become lenders, and are provided with a regular interest distribution.

The second fund, the Investors Exchange Fund (ARSN127 384 767) accommodates traditional real estate projects such as subdivisions, construction projects, affordable housing initiatives, and the purchase of income producing properties.

Since its establishment in 2010, IEL has transacted over 200 loans, and lent over $70 million dollars for business activities.

IEL has recently made a commitment to the agricultural sector, and as such is looking to assist with finance options in the farming and food processing areas.
