Join us on Thursday, 14 March for our March Enterprise Evening in Chinchilla to highlight upcoming energy sector projects and a variety of emerging technologies coming through the pipeline for 2024. They are all based in the Western Downs Regional Council area and will come into supply chain market in 2024.

We will hear from project proponents who will explore the upcoming hydrogen, solar and hybrid battery projects that are shaping our region's future beyond 2024.

At this Enterprise Evening as we welcome Kahil Lloyd, Executive Director of Hydrogen and Future Fuels at the Department of Energy and Climate. Kahil will share insights on 'Queensland hydrogen – an opportunity for the regions,' providing updates on the state's hydrogen ambitions, key project developments, and the latest program and policy initiatives shaping a robust hydrogen sector. With over a decade of experience in energy, resources, and environmental policy, Kahil Lloyd's expertise promises an enlightening exploration of Queensland's strategic approach to fostering a sustainable and thriving hydrogen industry.
