The Darling Downs Beef Battle brings together the region's finest beef brands for an evening dedicated to showcasing the quality, flavour and excellence that have made Darling Downs beef renowned across Australia.

With our new venue, set against the backdrop of Wellcamp Airport, the Darling Downs Beef Battle celebrates the region's world-class beef industry and its capability to deliver premium produce from the paddock to markets across Australia and the globe. Guests can take advantage of the unique fly-and-dine experience, arriving by private aircraft or helicopter, while return coach transfers from Toowoomba provide a convenient travel option for attendees.

Guests will enjoy a unique blind tasting experience, sampling beef from ten of the region's leading producers as they compete for the coveted title of Darling Downs Best Beef. From the first course to the last, you'll experience beef, beef and more beef, prepared to highlight the exceptional eating quality of each competing brand.
