About our panellists

Debbie McNamara - Executive Director - Project Development, Inland Rail | Debbie McNamara joined Inland Rail in October 2025 as Executive Director, Project Development, leading the planning and development of the 1,600‑kilometre Melbourne–Brisbane freight rail line. She brings more than 25 years of experience across property and infrastructure, urban regeneration, social infrastructure and economic development in Australia and the UK. Previously, she was CEO of Economic Development Queensland, in addition to senior executive roles with Queensland Health, major redevelopment projects such as the Herston Quarter, and public–private development roles in Scotland. |
Kellie Banditt - General Manager, Wellcamp Airport | Kellie Banditt is an accomplished aviation professional with more than 15 years of industry experience and over a decade in senior management roles. She brings a strategic, people‑centred leadership approach that balances operational excellence, safety and sustainable growth. Currently, Kellie manages a complex aviation precinct that includes a state‑of‑the‑art regional domestic airport, an international cargo and trade hub, on‑site fuel services and Australia’s first airport‑based sustainable aviation fuel blending facility. |
Tim Cope - Senior Manager - Business Development, Port of Brisbane | Tim Cope is the Senior Manager of Business Development at Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd, with 25 years’ experience in the logistics sector across Australia and New Zealand. Over the past 13 years at the Port of Brisbane, he has led initiatives to identify and progress trade‑growth opportunities while strengthening the Port’s long‑term competitiveness. Tim focuses on the end‑to‑end supply chain and advancing a sustainable balance across rail, road and sea transport, and supporting resilient, future‑focused logistics networks. |
