Jeremy Phillips - Manufacturing Manager | SwarmFarm Robotics
As Manufacturing Manager at SwarmFarm Robotics, headquartered in Wellcamp just outside Toowoomba, Jeremy brings more than a decade of leadership experience across supply chain, general management and manufacturing. He offers a well-rounded perspective combined with a practical, hands-on approach to driving operational excellence.
Jeremy played a pivotal role in establishing the Wellcamp assembly and manufacturing facility, leading the recruitment and onboarding of a new manufacturing and assembly team. His work significantly increased production capacity and enabled the transition of key fabrication processes in-house.
He will continue to lead production at the Wellcamp facility, working closely with regional businesses to strengthen and expand manufacturing capabilities in response to future demand.

Paul Watson - Director, MQ-28 Production System | Boeing Defence Australia
Paul Watson is Director of MQ‑28 Production System at Boeing, a role he has held since 2022, leading the design, implementation and operation of the production system for the MQ‑28 Ghost Bat uncrewed aircraft. His responsibilities span production strategy, infrastructure and supply chain decisions and output, while coordinating teams across multiple Boeing divisions and sites throughout Australia.
Paul previously played a key role in establishing the MQ‑28 prototype factory and producing the first aircraft and has held senior leadership positions across Boeing Australia and Boeing Defence Austria, delivering major aerospace engineering, production and advanced manufacturing outcomes.
He began his career in oil and gas engineering, joined Boeing in 2005 supporting the RAAF’s F/A‑18 fleet, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical and Space) with honours from the University of Queensland.

Joe Bovell - Managing Director & CEO | Ecogrowth
Joe Bovell is an accomplished executive and industry leader with more than 30 years of experience across the horticultural and manufacturing sectors. Holding an MBA, GAICD accreditation, and a Trade Certificate in Horticulture, Joe brings a rare combination of technical expertise and strategic business leadership.
Beginning his career as a qualified horticulturist, Joe has gone on to hold senior roles with leading national brands, building a reputation for driving growth, operational excellence, and innovation. His depth of experience spans both hands-on industry knowledge and high-level corporate leadership, enabling him to deliver results in complex and evolving markets.
As CEO and Managing Director of Eco Growth International Pty Ltd for the past eight years, Joe has led the organisation with a clear focus on sustainability, product innovation, and long-term value creation. Under his leadership, the company has strengthened its position as a forward-thinking player committed to environmentally responsible solutions.
Joe enjoys sharing his practical insights drawn from decades of leadership experience, offering audiences a grounded and strategic perspective on business growth, sustainability, and industry transformation.
