Protein 2026

Wednesday 27 May 2026 | Dalby Events Centre | 8am - 4pm

The Future of Protein: Trade, Tech & Talent

Protein 2026 will bring Australia’s pork, poultry, beef and pulse industry leaders to Dalby for a forward‑focused exploration of the forces shaping the future of protein. The conference will drive informed discussion across trade, technology and talent, addressing the opportunities and challenges facing the protein sector in rapidly evolving global and domestic markets.

Through expert insights, curated conversations and cross‑sector collaboration, Protein 2026 will provide a platform to challenge current thinking, share practical solutions and identify pathways to strengthen competitiveness, resilience and growth across the full protein supply chain—positioning the region and its industries for long‑term success.

Adding to the significance of the program, the Hon Tony Perrett, Minister for Primary Industries, will join Protein 2026. The Minister’s attendance underscores the importance of the issues being discussed and provides delegates with a valuable opportunity to hear directly about current priorities and the policy landscape shaping Australia’s primary industries.
