Brendan Tatt - COO JBS Australia - Northern Operations
Brendan Tatt is the Chief Operating Officer, Northern Operations at JBS Australia. He joined JBS in 2002 as an international trader and has held senior roles across export, sales, livestock and commercial operations. Brendan now oversees beef processing plants and feedlots supplying domestic and global markets, bringing deep experience in international trade and supply chain execution.

Amelia Booth - General Manager – People, Culture and Safety, Mort & Co
Amelia joined Mort & Co in 2021 as General Manager – People, Culture and Safety.
With over a decade of experience across all facets of human resources and safety, Amelia has a strong track record delivering practical, commercially aligned people and safety strategies within complex, geographically dispersed operations.
She leads the People, Culture and Safety function across Mort & Co’s vertically integrated agribusiness, partnering closely with operational leaders to ensure the business is equipped with the capability, structure and systems required to support performance, growth and safe operations.
Amelia is particularly focused on building workforce capability for the future, including strengthening leadership pipelines, addressing regional and industry-wide labour challenges, and developing practical approaches to attracting, retaining and developing the next generation of talent in agriculture.
She brings hands-on experience in organisational design, workforce planning and enterprise change, and regularly works with executive leaders to align people strategy with evolving business and industry needs.
