Protein Conference - Stockyard Kerwee (Site Tour)

Join us for the Protein Conference Site Tour as we explore the Stockyard Kerwee feedlot, spanning 1280 hectares on the Darling Downs in Queensland. Stockyard breed, raise and feed premium grain-fed Wagyu and Angus cattle from their properties located at Jondaryan, on the Darling Downs QLD, Glen Innes, on the Northern Tablelands, NSW and in Yea in Victoria’s High Country. Still 100% owned by the Hart family, Stockyard has been dedicated to bringing people together over outstanding beef since its inception in 1958. Stockyard’s dedication to craftsmanship, ethical practices, and delivering unforgettable culinary experiences continues to make it a preferred choice among chefs, restaurants, and connoisseurs worldwide.

• Please note numbers for this site tour are strictly limited and will be served on a first booked basis. Bookings for this tour are in addition to Protein Conference
• PPE requirements: closed in shoes, long sleeve shirt and long pants.
