Jack Gardner is the Developments Group Manager at FKG Group and Managing Director of GFG Projects, bringing more than 15 years’ experience across property development and construction.
Development and construction are embedded in Jack’s DNA. As a third-generation member of the Gardner family, he has spent more than 15 years immersed in the FKG Group, holding a variety of roles across estimating, project management and leadership. This experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities at every stage of the development and construction process, enabling him to provide strategic direction, support project teams and drive successful outcomes for clients and the broader business.
Jack’s career has given him a perspective across the full development and construction lifecycle – from identifying opportunities and understanding feasibility, through to project delivery and business performance – and a strong understanding of what it takes to build successful projects and businesses in the regional construction and development sector.
Since establishing GFG Projects, Jack has led the business through a period of significant growth, while maintaining a strong focus on client relationships, quality, safety and disciplined project execution. His collaborative approach and understanding of the broader development and construction landscape underpin GFG Projects’ ability to deliver complex projects and strong outcomes for its clients.
