Indigenous Business Connector Program
The Indigenous Business Connectors program is delivered by Toowoomba and Surat Basin Enterprise and supported by Shell QGC.

The program is designed to
- Facilitate and mediate connections between Indigenous businesses and non-Indigenous markets, supply chains and growth opportunities by supporting existing networks and creating new networks
- Establish collaborative relationships between Indigenous businesses and agencies that provide or manage funding, programs, resources, and pathways for Indigenous businesses
- Facilitate improved access to finance by connecting Indigenous businesses with programs such as the Indigenous Business Australia’s (IBA) Indigenous Start-up Finance Package, and the Indigenous Entrepreneurs Capital Scheme.
Linking Indigenous businesses to opportunity

Assisting Indigenous businesses and entrepreneurs to overcome barriers to establish or grow their business through:
- Networking opportunities and events
- Identifying skills caps and opportunities
- Connecting businesses to funding and other support services
- Advocacy
- Build business capacity through coaching, tender and proposal assistance and business planning
