The Elevate Academy is TSBE’s new Industry development leadership program, designed to support the next step in your career. If you wish to Elevate your staff and businesses leadership, we invite you or your business to nominate candidates for this unique, regionally designed, industry-led course that will enhance your skill set and networking, preparing you for a leadership role in our region.

Our region is incredibly diverse, and our industries representative, but we have yet to realise our full potential. To address this, we have developed a tailored and dynamic program designed to equip our emerging leaders with the knowledge and tools needed to identify and unlock the opportunities within our industries and communities.

This 12-month program leverages TSBE’s extensive industry networks, offering a balanced combination of classroom learning and on-site experiences led by our region’s most accomplished industry leaders and businesses. This approach not only enhances participants' knowledge but also expands their professional networks and connections.
